Obverse

The obverse preserves the established chocolate-brown architecture of the New Mahatma Gandhi Series. Gandhi’s portrait is paired with the Lion Capital of Ashoka, the Reserve Bank of India seal and the rupee denomination, while telescoping serial numbers and fine lattice patterns lend movement to the small horizontal format.

Reverse

The reverse depicts the carved chariot wheel of the Konark Sun Temple, surrounded by ornamental borders and a panel of fifteen regional-language denominations. The Swachh Bharat spectacles introduce a modern civic emblem beside the ancient monument, while the year 2025 identifies this later printing of the enduring design.
