Obverse

Khomeini’s portrait is accompanied by Farsi inscriptions in the established green, olive and blue palette. His image remains the principal visual element, giving the front the restrained character maintained across the type. Reverse

Mount Damavand rises as the reverse’s defining landscape, set with English and Farsi text.
