Reverse
Two doves in flight appear beside a sunflower and the Central Bank of Sudan logo beneath English denomination text.
Collector’s Insight
For collectors, P-64a(1) is the Synthec form of Sudan’s 2006-dated 1 Pound. The 2006 family was the first in the world printed on Louisenthal Synthec; on this variety the watermark is blurred, unlike the clearer watermark of the later Hybrid P-64a(2).
