Shipping

We take great care in preparing and shipping every order to ensure your banknotes arrive in the exact condition described.

Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Packaging: Banknotes are secured in professional protective sleeves and housed within rigid protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking: All orders are shipped using registered and trackable shipping methods. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Costs & Delivery: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

International Orders: For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met.

Condition is Critical: Returned banknotes must remain in their original, unaltered condition.

Protective Sleeves: Any signs of handling, folding, or removal from the protective sleeves may significantly affect the collectible grade of the banknote and may affect eligibility for return.

Notification: Please contact us at info@worldbanknotes.eu before returning any items so that we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received differs significantly from its description. For security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
