We guarantee the authenticity of every banknote offered on WorldBanknotes.eu.
All banknotes offered on WorldBanknotes.eu are sold strictly as collectible items intended for numismatic and collecting purposes and are not supplied as legal tender for circulation.
2. Product Description
Every banknote listed on WorldBanknotes.eu is described and photographed as accurately as possible.
The numismatic condition and other characteristics stated on each product page form part of the product description.
Unless the listing expressly states that the photographed banknote is the exact item offered for sale, serial numbers and other non-material details may vary from the image shown. Any such variation will not affect the stated type, condition, or authenticity of the banknote.
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under applicable Lithuanian and European Union law. If a banknote is not authentic, is damaged beyond the condition described, or otherwise materially differs from its product description, the consumer may exercise the remedies available under applicable law.
This legal guarantee is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders

WorldBanknotes.eu reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected misuse of the website.
5. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, WorldBanknotes.eu reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. WorldBanknotes.eu does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

7. Shipping

7.1 Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Banknotes may be inspected only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, authenticity, and condition. Due to their delicate and grade-sensitive nature, banknotes must be handled with particular care.
Removing a banknote from its protective sleeve does not automatically cancel the statutory right of withdrawal. However, the customer may be responsible for any objectively demonstrable reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on WorldBanknotes.eu, including text, images, original descriptions, graphics, and design elements, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

WorldBanknotes.eu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
Changes to these Terms do not affect orders placed before the updated Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This does not deprive consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protection rights granted under applicable law.
If you have a complaint concerning a purchase, please first contact WorldBanknotes.eu in writing at info@worldbanknotes.eu and clearly describe your request.
We will examine the complaint free of charge and provide a reasoned written response within 14 days of receiving it.
